Store Manager
Description/Qualifications: Oversee the operations and administrative functions of the store. This includes, but is not limited to, managing inventory, merchandising, customer service, and employee relations. Must possess a college degree or equivalent management experience. Superior people skills, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Retail experience preferred.
Senior Assistant Manager
Description/Qualifications: Assist the Store Manager with the operations and administrative functions of the store. This includes, but is not limited to, managing inventory, merchandising, customer service, and employee relations. Must possess a college degree or equivalent management experience. Superior people skills, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Retail experience preferred.
Assistant Manager
Description/Qualifications: Assist the Store Manager with the operations and administrative functions of the store. This includes, but is not limited to, managing inventory, merchandising, customer service, and employee relations. Must possess a college degree or equivalent management experience. Must pass an exam to be promoted from within to this position. Superior people skills, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Retail experience preferred.
Management Trainee
Description/Qualifications: Assist the Store Manager with the operations and administrative functions of the store while completing our comprehensive management training program. This includes, but is not limited to, managing inventory, merchandising, customer service, and employee relations. Superior people skills, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Must possess a college degree or equivalent management experience. Retail experience preferred.
Key Associate
Description/Qualifications: Responsible for customer service, overseeing front end operations, scheduling all cashier associates, counting and balancing cash registers, training of employees, stocking product, and other duties as apparent or assigned. Must possess some leadership experience or equivalent college education. Retail experience preferred.
Service Associate
Description/Qualifications: Customer service, including assisting customers and responding to customer questions, concerns, and needs. Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate individuals. Assist with product stocking and other duties as apparent or assigned. Previous cashier and/or customer service experience preferred.
New Store Set-Up and Remodeling Team
Description/Qualifications: Assist the New Store Set-Up Team with the all aspects of new store set-up and remodeling. This may include resetting aisles, re-merchandising products and gondolas, and many other duties as apparent or assigned. Merchandising, resetting, and retail experience preferred.
